1. The service
DestiCab Ride lets you request rides and parcel deliveries from participating fleets. Rides are provided by the fleet and its drivers.
2. Prices
The price shown before booking is an estimate in your local currency; the fleet's own currency amount is what is charged. Prices may differ by time of day and for airport trips.
3. Waiting time
Once your driver arrives you have 3 free minutes. After that, 5% of the fare is added for every extra minute.
4. Payment
You pay the driver by cash or card at the end of the ride. When you book for someone else or send a parcel, you are responsible for payment.
5. Conduct and safety
Treat drivers with respect. Use SOS for urgent concerns; it alerts the fleet admin and does not replace emergency services.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel before the driver arrives. Repeated no-shows may lead to your account being restricted.
