1. Who we are
DestiCab cc operates DestiCab Ride and is responsible for the personal data processed through it.
2. What we collect
Your Google account name and email, your mobile number, pickup and drop-off locations, ride history, ratings, and any safety reports or SOS alerts you send.
For bookings for someone else or parcels, the names and phone numbers you enter for passengers, senders and recipients.
3. Why we use it
To match you with a driver, show your driver who and where to collect, calculate your fare, handle safety reports and keep ride records for the fleet.
4. Who sees it
Your assigned driver and the fleet you book with. Safety reports go only to the fleet admin. Location searches are sent to OpenStreetMap to find addresses.
5. Vehicle safety
DestiCab vehicles have GPS tracking and dashcams that record each ride. Recordings are used for safety and dispute resolution only.
6. On your device
We remember your sign-in, phone number, last fleet and recent drop-offs on this device so booking is faster. Clearing your browser data removes them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing admin@desticab.com.
